Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. xz77 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. xz77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or AML checks.

By registering an xz77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xz77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
xz77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit xz77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
